Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and current information during registration, keep your account credentials confidential, and take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

Your Content and Generated Assets

When you use the Services, you may submit text prompts, upload images, and generate assets (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of the assets you create and may use them for both commercial and non-commercial purposes without needing our permission. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload.

To operate the Services, you grant Voidless a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. Where you choose to make an asset public (for example, via a public profile, showcase, or store listing), you additionally grant us the right to display and distribute that asset in connection with those features. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except for content you have made public or shared, and copies retained for legal or backup purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, or distribute content that is illegal; infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of others; sexually exploits or endangers minors; is hateful, harassing, or promotes violence; or that attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services. We use automated and manual moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

AI-Generated Content

The Services generate content using artificial-intelligence models, some of which are operated by third-party providers. AI outputs are provided on an “as is” basis: we do not warrant that any output is unique, accurate, or free from similarity to other works, and the legal status (including copyrightability) of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for reviewing outputs before use.

Intellectual Property

The Services themselves — including our website, software, branding, logos, text, and design (but excluding Your Content) — are the intellectual property of Voidless or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Services or our underlying technology.

Plans, Credits & Billing

Paid plans and credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. Plans are one-time purchases that unlock access permanently — there is no recurring subscription, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel. Credits and any discounts apply as described at the time of purchase and are not applied retroactively. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to Voidless or its users.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or reputation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voidless and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Canada, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the functionality of the Services. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
